Time for another Jamie Oliver meal!

Tonight I have had a lovely dinner with my friends from work. They brought two bottles of superb wine from Spain, a TAMARON & Rioja and I prepared some Swedish fish-burgers according to a recipe from Jamies Cookbook 30-Minutes Meals. It worked out quite well however again it was not doable in 30 minutes. Since we have had some crazy snacks like "Beef jerky" ;) as starters we did not get hungry meanwhile finishing the cooking of our 30-Minute-Meal in 90 minutes.

Together with my dear friends Emma & Shiying I have had some marvelous days in the capital of Scottland. There was really nothing to miss: long nights of girl talk with good food & wine, happy coffee-hours and long wanderings through the city with it's tremendous amount of fantastic antique-shops.
