That's what my Mom told me this morning when I was calling her because I didn't get the fellowship that I have applied for! At the moment I am still a bit too sad to really feel it!
I am pretty sure you deserved it! Sorry, that they didnt recogniced your talent. There is always a plan B and maybe this will work better for you in the end. By the eay, your mom is right! So, keep your head up and going :-)
